MCR's award-winning Young Talent mentoring programme is available in the South East of England, across Hertfordshire, Surrey and West London.

From Shetland to Surrey MCR Pathways is a national mentoring programme delivered in 126 schools across the UK, and that number is soon set to grow.

First established in Glasgow during 2007, we began a national expansion in 2018. Since then, MCR Pathways has doubled the number of young people it supports each year, now working with over 5,000 young people each week.

In March 2021, the Scottish Government announced a major funding package which supports the introduction of MCR’s mentoring programme across Scotland. The Hunter Foundation has also provided additional investment to support our expansion. With this amazing milestone, we hope to help even more young people achieve all they can.

In 2021 we launched MCR Pathways in England. Starting in Hertfordshire, we are now operating in eleven schools across the county. We have subsequently rolled the programme out in Surrey and are operating in seven schools. Find out more here.
